Genealogy can be a labor of love for families trying to research a collected heritage, but for African Americans, there can be great difficulty in going beyond 1880. There are ways to gather the information needed and new methods available to get the answers many thought they would never be able to know. This workshop looks at the basics of genealogy searches and next steps for individuals on their heritage journey.  Facilitator: Jade Rogers
