Bryce McGuire

Born in Miami, FL, and raised in Byron, GA, his journey led him to Fort Valley State University—the distinguished #1 public HBCU in Georgia. While there, he seamlessly balanced academics and athletics while earning a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and leaving a lasting impact on the football field.

In his current role as a Construction Engineer at Kiewit Construction in Omaha, he goes beyond constructing buildings; he builds a sense of community. A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., where his commitment extends to organizations like Big Brother Big Sister, Teammates, and the National Society of Black Engineers.

He lives by the philosophy of inspiring others, guided by the timeless words of Booker T. Washington: “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.”

At every step of his journey, he strives not just for personal success but as a catalyst for positive change within his community. He isn’t merely an advocate; he’s a dedicated force for community empowerment.
